Something Always Coming Up

It is about 90 degrees outside, do you think he is cold?  Makes me hot just looking at him on the way home from work.  The bus air condition was working fine.

July has been a little hard on me and we are only in the third week.  Tom’s father was rush to the hospital the 4th of July for a brain bleed.  He never woke up and passed on early Monday morning.  He was 92 years young.  His wife had to be admitted into the same hospital that morning also.  Her condition after learning of her husbands passing took a toll on her and the rest of the family.  She just got out yesterday (Monday), and yes it is almost two week and the family is just getting together to plan the funeral.  The funeral will be this Friday.

I have taken off of work this week to help out with things and get my house in order.  It has been neglected since the death.  Tom usually keeps up the cleaning, I just come home and cook and go to bed.  We have been eating out a lot, put today I am cooking.  I had a taste for some greens so they are on the stove cooking, I’ll also do chicken wigs, and make a pot of spaghetti for the boys.

Well, I did to get make to teleworking and see what happening in the office.

  1. I am so sorry to hear about Tom's Dad. He is very fortunate to have you in his life. Most importantly, take good care of yourself. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask.

  2. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope Tom's mother starts doing well and is able to accept the passing of her husband. Sometimes when one person goes the other one can't seem to find a reason to stay. I will keep all of you in my prayers. Take care.

  3. I'm so sorry for your loss. Wow, 92 -- sounds like he had a full life. I know when we lost my grandmother my grandfather only lived another 4 moths. They had been married 62 years....I hope everything is starting to get back to normal for you.
